Orders can be cancelled or modified only before they are dispatched. Please reach out to us as soon as possible.

Yes, we offer size exchanges for the same product, subject to availability. Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and tags intact.

No, products purchased during sales or promotions are not eligible for exchange.
How do I request an exchange?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp with your Order ID, registered phone number, delivery address, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
