At Dodo Pet Care, we’re committed to delivering your pet’s comfort safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.
📍 Shipping Locations
We currently ship across Pan-India, subject to serviceability by our courier partners.
Some remote or non-serviceable pin codes may attract additional shipping charges or extended delivery timelines. Any such charges will be clearly communicated at checkout.
🚚 Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after successful payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
⏱️ Estimated Delivery Time
Standard delivery timelines are 3–5 business days from dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical delays.
💰 Shipping Charges
To ensure safe handling and delivery of our bulky, comfort-focused pet products, the following shipping charges apply:
Orders below ₹999: ₹149 shipping fee
Orders between ₹999 – ₹3,999: ₹99 shipping fee
Orders above ₹3,999: Free Shipping
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and shown clearly at checkout.
📦 Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email.
You can use this link to track your shipment in real time until delivery.
🚫 Delivery Exceptions
While we strive for timely deliveries, Dodo Pet Care is not responsible for delays caused by:
Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses
Courier partner delays beyond our control
Natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions
