What is your return policy?

Due to the nature, size, and hygiene considerations of our products, we currently do not offer returns once an order has been delivered. This helps us ensure that every pet receives a fresh, unused product.

Are exchanges allowed?

Yes, we offer exchanges for unused products. A size-exchange (same product, different size) is allowed, subject to availability and eligibility conditions.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact. Products showing signs of use may not be eligible for exchange.

Are altered or customised products eligible for exchange or return?

No. Altered, customised, or personalised products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Are exchanges applicable on sale or discounted items?

Products purchased during sales, promotions, or at discounted prices are not eligible for exchange.

How do I initiate an exchange?

Kindly share your Order ID, registered phone number, delivery address, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Do you offer refunds?

Products received for exchange are thoroughly inspected at our warehouse. Once the product passes all quality and hygiene checks, the exchange is processed further.

In cases where a refund is approved, it will be issued either to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the customer’s preference.

How long does it take to process an exchange or refund?

Once inspection is completed, exchanges or refunds are typically processed within 5–7 working days.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled or modified only if they have not yet been dispatched. Please contact our support team as soon as possible.
